If all you need is teller service it is usually not too bad, if you need to use an atm it is not to bad either....but, beyond that, they are challenged for service for their PMA customers.  I have not been too impressed lately and am considering finding another financial institution.  They do not have a lot of service reps in the branch that are cery knowledgeable about to many banking services other than opening new accounts.  That being said...if service is what you need look elsewhere.

I am treated well here every time. Some days are busier than others. Banking here for over 40 years. Some training is necessary, but the over all service is good. Remember your first job!
