Only bank that was willing to hear my story and not just judge me by numbers on a credit report. Every other bank felt like robots, these guys still have ACTUAL people make decisions. When they said "Apply today, Drive today" I thought it was just a catchy slogan. But they made it a reality. If you are tired of getting No's and being treated poorly- then call these guys!

Helm capital helped me keep my feet in the ground! They work with me each month and are flexible with me! I absolutely love helm capital!

These people are complete crooks. I had an additional loan show up on my credit report and when I confronted Helm Capital, they claimed they had made a mistake and a new reporting tool was causing duplicates. However, I had a financial officer pull my report and it is showing that Helm Capital is trying to charge me for TWO loans. On top of that, instead of clearing their own mistake, I am required to do the leg work and put up money to mail out credit disputes. DO NOT USE HELM CAPITAL, even if you are desperate. They will ruin you financially.

I asked them to not run my car payment because I was switching money around and they went ahead and dos it anyway. Sabrina was texting me and I explained what was going on. They ran the card anyway, even after communicating, and they threw odd all my accounts. I have never missed a payment either. I've been 100%. I tried texting her back after she texted me and asking her to reverse it and she would not respond. It has been a nightmare dealing with them. I'm looking to get rid of this loan ASAP. Sabrina is rude and ill-mannered with horrible customer service skills. I have never left a bad review on any business because I usually don't care. This whole ordeal sent this single momma into a panic. She completely ignored me. Do NOT use helm capital. I am really disgusted with how rude and ignorant they were.

Best car buying experience ever. They approved me right away and regardless of how bad my credit was. Such an awesome bank to work with.
