I can't rate this post office low enough. The staff are absolutely awful. I got there at 4:59 running late and the lady shut the door on my face and refused to serve me. It was the most insulting thing I've ever been a part of. Her rudeness and laziness was like nothing I had ever seen before.

Nothing never resolved. Not getting mail when stated through order companies. Damaged mail. Missing mail. Delayed mail. Watching people instead of placing mail in mailboxes. Riding around with headphones in gov't vechiles..distraction. in Wichita Falls, Texas.
