Terrible attitudes, they frequently lose my mail, they even managed to lose a piece of certified mail with a tracking number for about a week. I honestly can't believe that this branch of the post office is allowed to operate in this manner.

I don't know if this pertains to this location particularly but being it is the nearest to my home and I had an incident with a postal worker in a vehicle I'd like to make my complaint clear. I was crossing the corner of Wilbeth and S. Arlington at approx 7am on Feb 9th. I clearly had the right of way as I crossed at the proper signal, I was right in the middle of the crosswalk when a postal worker in a vehicle cut right in front of me with no regard for my safety. I was unaware he/ she was even turning because they came from my right side. It startled me because I didn't expect it. Had I had my grandchild with me you could bet I'd have been extremely angry. So in the future please instruct drivers to be aware of pedestrians in crosswalks giving them the right of way or the next time someone might get seriously hurt.😠😠😠😠

We were 2 MINUTES LATE on Saturday and they said we're close. I was like seriously? 2 minuets? Sorry to come in so freaking late. Their attitudes wouldn't cut it at Walmart.

I had a great experience shipping a package through USPS at this location. I used the online label system which was super easy, and used a flat-rate large box to ship. The box was free and the shipping cost was reasonable. The gentleman at the office helped me get it taped up and on its way. I got tracking updates sent to my email regularly and it shipped very quickly. Thank you USPS!
