Lilly and Darryle at the Shirlington Post Office are absolutely superb! I am a wedding planner and they are always so helpful with all of my questions and concerns dealing with mailing out odd sized and expensive invitations. They are so kind and patient and explain the process very thoroughly. It is a joy to see the both of them every time I go!

This has happened twice. Where I receive a status saying a delivery was attempted but the busines is closed. I live in a building with the 24 hour concierge and the front desk is right near the doors so it would be highly improbable that this is the case. I'm not sure what is going on, if it's negligence or what. One time I can understand but this seems to be a pattern.

50% chance of delivery. They say it's the wrong address (it's correct), or the business is closed (it's open), or it's delivered when it's not. What is going on here? How hard is it to drop off a package and set the proper status? Never answers their phone.
