The employees clearly don't care. Even with a tip they'll do the bare minimum. 
Zero effort given and you end up just getting a rinse at any price.

Having used them on rare occasions for the past 15 years I've been left more and more disappointed each time. I won't be back.

Got a wash and dry and the car was still dirty when I got home. Went back and made them wash it again , still not clean. I have up. The wheel weeks were still full of dirt, they wanted an extra $2 to spray them! Since when are the wheel Wells not part of cleaning a car? I worked at a car wash for 2 years we would get yelled at if we didn't clean the wheel Wells. Awful, would never recommend this place.

Getting too expensive for a car wash that doesn't really work. I'll use free coupons, other than that, self serve.

Today I went to this car wash and as I sat in line I watched them take wet soapy brushes to cars with dirt all over them.. So I asked the guy after paying for the best wash for $7 dollars to please spray my car before taking the brush to it... Common sense right???? Tipped them $2.. Paid $1 for towel dry and also tipped that guy $1.50.. I wish I could add pictures to this review!!! My car Still has so much dirt on it.. This place is a joke.. If you drive a relatively low car or a hatch back, or anything you care about, don't go here! After scraping my way into the guide track and painfully making my way through the wash, I notice my rear window is still dirty so I flip on my rear wiper and.... Nothing! The machine snapped my rear wiper arm. I get out to check it out and yep it's barely dangling there, and the whole back side of my car is still dirty. After going back to see if they can help me out, all I get is a rude manager throwing an incident report at me. Why did I waste time filling it out? Who knows! They did absolutely nothing and didn't even bother to call me back saying they can't help me. So after wasting time with the report, wasting time removing my broken wiper arm and 45 dollars later,  I still have a half dirty car. Don't make the same mistake as me, just go up the road to the self serve car wash and save your time and money and get the job done the way you want it to be done.
