The team at Key Hyundai is always warm and welcoming. I have been a member of the Key family for over a year now and every experience I have had with them has been a good one. The service consultants go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable with what is being done to your vehicle. I am very thankful I found this dealership. Thank you for making a car problem no problem at all!

First I want to say that I did not want to post this review until we had the car for a while to get a good feel for the vehicle. 

My wife and I were replacing our 2002 Ford Explorer and I must admit that up to this point I have been a "Ford Man". When we mentioned our intent to replace the vehicle with my father-in-law he strongly suggested we visit Key Hyundai in Milford and check out the vehicles they have. He purchased a number of vehicles at Key Hyundai and has been extremely happy with the cars and the service. He said that if we do go there we should only talk with Al. He highly recommends the Dealership as well "his salesman" Al. 

When we met with Al we found him very personable. He listened to all of our "requirements" and answered all of our questions. He showed us a vehicle that was just that we were looking for and he worked out a great deal for us. He showed us all the features and how everything worked (there was a lot of new technology). I quickly saw why my father-in-law likes these people so much. When we picked up the vehicle he showed me where all the controls are located, how to set radio stations, pair my phone with the car's Bluetooth, etc. I felt very comfortable driving the car off the lot.

Obviously, having the vehicle for only a week We have not had the need to visit the service department but expect the same professional, personable service. So far we love the vehicle and its features. I intend to return to Key Hyundai when it comes time to replace our other vehicle.

I really like my new Sonata. Lots of options, comfortable and beautiful design. I also thank the Key Hyundai of Milford staff for helping me to have such a nice car. It really matters to have an expert on you side who helps you make the right decision when you have lots of options and you do not know what to do.

Haven't purchased a car since 2009.  Went on-line 8/16/17 just to look at some options.  Decided to check Hyundai because the vehicles I have seen on the road look sleek, impressive, and they caught my attention.  My initial inquiry received a quick response from Key Hyundai.  An appointment was scheduled for the following day.  Met with Dan Vargas who was interested in why I was there and what I wanted.  His responses made me feel that I was in good hands.  He did not act like a "salesperson," but more like someone who was interested in solving my problem.  He was my "Solution Provider" in every sense of the title.

Result: I purchased a car.  Mind you I have never purchased any vehicle on my first visit.  But, I felt that he respected me by servicing my needs.  Called my wife to bring the car we were going to trade in and he was very patient; very gracious; and very helpful in making her feel welcomed.  The atmosphere and the other "Solution Providers" from my friend Dan Vargas, his associates and the financial person provided my wife and I with quality service.  I'd recommend anyone to check Dan and his team out first before going anywhere else.

Key Hyundai has a great set of employees who do their best to give you exactly what you're looking for with a reasonable price tag attached. I personally dealt with Daniel (Dan) Vargas, who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the cars and deals available on the lot. He continually kept my best interest in mind when making suggestions. Beyond that, he was a very good guy who was easy to talk to. All of this made the process much less stressful. The warranty program they offer is almost unbeatable as well. Overall, I'd highly recommend this dealership.
