The highlight of UCLA health are the doctors and staff. Everyone is very professional, friendly, helpful and always focused on the patient and their needs. They listen and give necessary time to respond those needs. They have short wait times for appointments. Also it is a great facility.

The family doctors as well as the specialists are very knowledgeable, professional and kind. I'm glad that we have UCLA Clinic in Porter Ranch.

Young, arrogant
nonprofessional
Rude service from nurses and office employees 
  Takes weeks to get an appointment with

Narrow mind, any concern or questions need to 
refer to your primary care
