I was really apprehensive about visiting this clinic because of the one star reviews. However, I've received excellent service from my counselors, psychiatrist and the groups I've attended.  Dr Kim is knowledgeable, insightful and her personable nature is disarming and Ive felt very at ease telling her my private thoughts and feelings on matters that would otherwise make me defensive.  My situation has improved from where I started. The four counselors I've been in touch with have all been incredibly supportive AND INSIGHTFUL. AND KIND. I want to be that supportive to others. I can't thank them enough because I've done nothing to earn their kindness by they gave it freely and it really helped.  I can't stress their helpfulness enough because the reviews made it seem like, at least to me, the clinic is filled with people who couldn't care about their patients. That's simply not true.

If you expect a staff to serve you and an army to ensure you make your appointments on time you're going to be disappointed.  This period of time has been hard work for me but the quality of the staff has made me grateful I overcame my fears and sought their help.

I give this place 5 stars ONLY because I'm giving the stars to my doctors I have seen here. With out them my one star review would read its crazy how long it takes to get an appointment. How certain medications that have been taking for years I cannot get because people (not myself) abuse them...so I suffer! Doctors are supposed to be compassionate and caring. LEAVE if you are not that kind of dr. My heart goes out to all the ppl I read bad reviews. I am mentally ill im not crazy and should not be treated like a crazy drug addict but a human bein. Dr Hollenburg is GREAT! He listens and does not judge or make you feel rushed. He is educated on medication and mental illness. Like I said I like my dr! Ms Deanna is a therapist. She is amazing, I trust her and you can tell she loves what she does! I feel safe there!!!

I have always heard bad things about this place but when I was suicidal I had no where else to go.  They have been so helpful for me and got me on a better path with my life. My therapist helped me find the best psychiatrist and they do an amazing job for me.  I know not everyone has the best experience but not everyone here is a bad doctor or employee.
