My husband and I have been going to planet fitness for a long while. We have noticed some positive changes around. We want personally congratulate and thank to Joseph (manager) who is kind, professional and takes care of everyone with a great attitude. Also Christopher and Anthony for their always friendly personality and the way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. This location is lucky to have these 3 employees. Great place always clean.

This is for the staff during the day, people are right thy are RUDE and the kid that is a "personal trainer " is just fool he screams at older people and one older lady almost fell, I think he likes to bully people He thinks he can! The manger is a joke he is like 19 walks around thinking he is something with his big "fake diamond " earrings, people will complain to him he shrugs his shoulders and say oh well there are other gyms go try one! ! The owner needs to fire them so many people think the same thing! They have a few pieces of equipment that people wait in line for and complain cause the other one is out of order and this has not been fixed in about a half of year! I will say the night crew always says Hi smiles and will always say have a good night when You leave! Much better crew AT NIGHT! Cardio Equipment is decent but they don't fix the broken ones just leave caution tape on them and the seats that are coming off the leg machine are still not fixed ~oh wait maybe they will when someone falls off and hurts themselves!

One of the greatest Gym in the area. Its substantially clean and well kept. Staff as related to the youth in the service department are awesome. Highly professional and energetic through out most portioned of shifts. Transferred to PF Revere secondary to the Superb youth in service department. Would highly recommend anyone looking out for a Gym to join PF in Revere.

I was there today Ive been going there for 4 years and I have never had a problem until today. So one of the Employees working in the 30 minute workout told me to leave in such a rude way. He was an African American man. Pretty jacked up and atleast 5ft8 or 5ft9. He was like "BOSS MAN! Are you here for the class or are you just going to sit there??" I get it, he has a class going, but he could have said. "Can you please use one of the other machines because we need these."

Good location and the gym it's pretty clean,except for this poor attitude kid or personal trainer!Third time I have seen him being rude with customers and I got so embarrassed for this man that was literally kicked out from the gym.Before start training people I think he needs to train him self with education at first place. I hope manager talk with employees about how to treat customers. Thumbs down for this scene!👎👎
