I have been going to this gym for a year and I am absolutely obsessed. I train twice a week with Vinnie as well as attend the classes and within the last year I lost 20 pounds. Truly a great gym that actually cares about their customers/clients. 5 stars for UFC!

Great gym. Awesome classes and instructors, who really know how to push you to your limit (and beyond). 
Walked in probably 25 years older than most of the members (that night anyway). Immediately felt welcome and comfortable being there. Never intimidating feel but be prepared to work HARD when you join!!!

Joining UFC Gym Springfield back in November 2015 was one of the greatest decisions I have ever made! I was a member of a typical, boring gym for 3 years and was seeing little results. I was unmotivated, unhappy, and clueless to what I was doing. I knew I had to make a change! I wanted to go to a gym that had a range of classes to help motivate me. I made the decision to check out the UFC Gym in Springfield and I did not regret it. I was instantly hooked. I worked harder in my first one hour kickboxing class then in the whole three years I was at the other gym! Not only are the coaches friendly, they are motivating. Every time I leave the gym, I feel great and inspired. All I can recommend is that you give it a try, you won't be disappointed :)

LOVE IT! I subscribe to their emails and joined January, 4th, 2017 because the registration fee was 5 dollars and usually it is extremely expensive so my mom, dad, and myself joined. I went to my first class on the 5th and I am still feeling sore 2 days later. They really know how to make you work hard and work towards your goals.

I was at the gym when this person came in. He was being disrespectful towards the pregnant woman working the front desk so the owner approached him and asked him more than once to leave. The owner proceeded to call the cops because this person would not leave and continued to yell at the owner and his pregnant wife.  I think the owner and his wife both handled the situation in an extremely professional manner.
