Excellent!! I left this gym one time and I wish I never left I came back and I am so happy!  Osny is an awesome trainer. He is the best.  The gym is always so clean and the staff is so friendly and helpful.  I went to other gyms in the area but when I found this place it became my home they have hospitality!

Outstanding value.  Good selection of weights and equipment along with the standard cardio options (mainly bikes and treadmills).  I haven't availed myself of the trainers, but I've never heard them be anything but helpful and encouraging with the folks that do.  "Deal-breakers" for some would be no showers, and no "big gym" items like pool or courts.  But really, if you want to pay for those things, you have other options out there already.  Also, if you want grunt-heavy meatheads, you'll need to head elsewhere.  For efficiency and value, pleasant & helpful staff, and a child care option (!), they'll have my business until I move out of the area.

I have asked these people SEVERAL times to unsubscribe me from their email listing and they refuse to do it. I have tried the link on the email, doesn’t work. Someone got back to me and asked me if I really want to unsubscribe and when I responded he completely evaded the request. DO NOT request information from these idiots.

Been going to fitness 19 for a few years now and even stayed after moving to Philadelphia because I like it so much! Always clean and has good equipment. 

I've been working with Osny doing personal training sessions on and off for about a year and a half. Would definitely recommend him if you need a push to reach your goals or even just to get you to the gym. He incorporates lots of variety so you don't get bored and pushes you just enough for you to be proud of yourself afterward. He also makes himself available for any questions/concerns when you're not at the gym as well.
