Not good, bought 2 and 1 tablet for spouse with windows 10 ,keyboard and office program. After numerous attempts to load program, found out that the tablet can't support it, not enough memory, when i went back to ask why no one said anything when i finished with my transaction and if the were going to refund my money on the program, I was told sorry can't refund on programs. You would have thought they would have told me that the tablet couldn't handle the program? Thats why i go to best buy because i thought they were more informed on products then i was? But i guess I'm wrong on believing Best Buy is there to help and be knowledgeable. So now I'm informed but screwed.

I went in for a new computer as mine was on its last leg. I was greeted promptly and helped immediately when I made it back to electronics. The guys there helped me in deciding whether to get a tablet or laptop and then what brand they themselves would buy. They also recommended their CC since it had no APR for 12 months which was very beneficial! I ended up with a MacBook Air and I love it. Great place.

Leaving this review after my experience with Geek Squad at this location— the rest of the store I have had absolutely no issues with. I ran into an unfamiliar error message upon boot up with my fairly newly built computer that I was unsure how to resolve myself. I called Best Buy and arranged a consultation with Geek Squad. I was told to bring in my computer, and that we could sit down for 20 minutes, identify the underlying issue, and evaluate options from there. I thought this would be exactly what I needed, since I already knew this was either a windows issue, or a hard drive issue. That’s not even close to what happened. I brought in my computer and was told by the Geek Squad rep that during the 20 minute period there was nothing they could do to identify the problem, which didn’t line up with what I was told on the phone. I was then told that for them to look and determine the issue, it would take a day and cost me $100 since they would have to use “special tools”, or if I wanted to pay $150 they could diagnose this issue and any future issues. Keep in mind, this is just to identify the issue, not to repair it. After that, we would add on any additional fees for software or hardware (which is to be expected, I came to Best Buy fully prepared to buy a new hard drive if needed). I politely declined, called a friend of mine who, I just by my description of the error message, recognized that my issue was caused by a failed windows update. I watched an instructional YouTube video and had my issue resolved within half an hour (not 24 hours) with no “special tools” and $100 saved still in my pocket.

Having problems with my new Note 8 camera focusing. Samsung told me to bring it here for them to look at. The geek people literally would not touch the phone to even look at the issue. I told them Samsung told me to come here, you people fix electronic items right? They said "we only send it out for repair". Also came here for some pc parts, they had nothing. A wasted trip, time and fuel.
