I was in the Dearborn great clips the other day ...Figured it was time to just get a hair cut .. my ends were so dead !!! To be honest I have not had the best experience at great clips. ...But I walked in the ladies were so friendly & amazing customer service!!!!! I had my hair cut by Melissa it was honestly the best hair cut I have  had in years !!! I will definitely be back to see her!!! She made me feel & look great again!!! I am finally looking forward to my next hair cut.. thank u so much ladies !!! See u all soon😀😀😀😀😀😀😀

Have been going here for quite sometime. Never had a bad  experience. Have referred many o my family and friends to this location and they have always had a great time. Good people great haircuts.

I’ve been going here for years but today by far the worst experience. I come in to get my ends clip. And I told her I know my hair is uneven. I DO NOT want my hair EVEN just my ends clipped and I walked out with 4-5 inches on the ground and a even BLUNT cut that I did not ask for

I've been here before, and have had two different stylists cut my hair at various times.  Last Monday, I called to ensure one of them was there, even asking when they took their dinner breaks so that I would not come in at that time.  I was assured that they were NOT allowed to leave the floor from 5 p.m. - 7 p.m., so that worked out great for me coming from work.  I then checked-in online.  When I got there, a stylist who was working on a client told me that the two other stylists on duty were in the back, and would be out soon.
  
After five minutes, the stylist said she'd go back and check on the other two.  She came out and told me and the other person waiting that they were discussing an insurance matter!  I waited another 10 minutes and asked her to check on the two stylists again, but she said she'd already checked on them and they'd be out whenever (I don't remember her exact words, but she showed no empathy at all toward myself or the other waiting customer, nor did she seem to  have respect for our time).  I waited a total of 17 minutes before I left; the other customer said he arrived five minutes prior to me.  All the while their website continued to show a wait time of zero!  

I would never write anything without first confronting the person who had wronged me, but I called corporate twice and the owner never got back to me.  Very sad, because two of their stylists are actually good at cutting hair.  But I wish they could have just come out for a second to let myself and the other customer know what was going on.  I  would have been SO fired from any job I've held had I treated any customer the way we were treated by employees at this place!  Indifference and apathy take the place of good customer rapport at this franchise!

I have been coming to this location for a while now great hair cuts and great staff I'd recommend anyone if their looking for a good hair cut and friendly staff you just don't find that kind of service anywhere
