Worse customer service at a beauty store in the SL Valley. For every 10 people working there, only 1 will be helpful or give you a genuine answer. The management really needs to work on training the people on the floor, behind the cashiers and at the salon. They are all equally unfriendly and truly quite rude always giving short answers or glaring at customers.

If treating customers like they're about to steal things is their job. They are great at it. Don't touch anything or else they'll take it all back to put antitheft devices on it, since they remembered the second you ask them the price. So instead of being able to buy the NARS pallette, which I searched the store to find perfect shade. I also had my three year old daughter in the store with me, these are moments that I would rather build up great memories with my daughter.

Well...I never felt so invisible in a store. The customer service is really bad, they totally ignored me. Only 2 other customers at the store, so no reason for the this treatment. After this humiliation I went to Sephora at the mall, and I had an great experience!

Although they have a great selection, the staff is NOT helpful and will hide as fast as they can to not speak to you! Will NEVER go back to this location.

I love working at this store. 😍 Every girl I work with is there because they're passionate about what they do. Being able to help people with their makeup, and see them walk out feeling amazing about themselves is what I live for.
