I have long thick hair and wouldn't get my hair cut for years due to bad experiences at other salons. A friend convinced me to go to Sang at Salon 21 and now I feel (and look) like a completely new person. I am constantly getting compliments on how beautiful my hair is. I've been going there for a few years now and have had many cuts, highlights, and styles. I won't let anyone else touch my hair. Sang is magic and always does an amazing job. She knows what is best for my face shape and lifestyle and gives me exactly what I need. Definitely highly recommended!

I went in today to see if they could do a balayage and the one guy thought that meant all around highlights... the one woman then had to explain to him a whole process on how to do ombre, which he was going to attempt for the first time on my head. And again... still not what I wanted. I got out of there so fast, you couldn't pay me to ever go back.

Really kind and friendly staff. The picture I brought in looks nothing like my hair, so I am really disappointed. It's too short and doesn't look professional. I regret my cut now. I will not be going back. Looking forward to my hair growing.

The salon is beautiful, all of the stylists are very friendly and helpful. I am always very satisfied with my service... I have been going there for almest 3 years and won't go anywhere else!

OMG . they r the best !!!! . amazing work , friendly , easy going women :) . for sure .i will go there again . sang is amazing :) . honestly , i felt comfortable and happy  there .
