McCall is amazing. She went out of her way to help me last minute and gave me the best haircut I have ever had. I gave her a very vague description of what I wanted done to my hair (I'm not great at describing what I want done) and she understood completely. I walked out of the salon with PERFECTLY cut & styled hair. She didn't even wash my makeup off when washing my hair. She knew exactly what products I needed in my hair. I was in awe. I have never loved a haircut this much. Highly recommend.

Brought my wife here for a haircut; they are friendly, professional and listen! I think the most important thing with stylists is communication! Jagged Edge has good communication. So as long as you know what you want, they will know how to do it. Be specific, but have an open mind for the professional advice: like a tattoo artist. :)

I walked in with no appointment and they were able to get me in right away. Bernie did my hair (an ombré) and it was wonderful. However, looking it over in the mirror that night I decided it was beautiful but it wasn't quite what I was looking for. So, I texted Bernie and asked if there was anyway he could help me out. He was totally happy to help me out and get it where I wanted it. He did it free of charge that same week and even styled it for me. It is now exactly what I wanted and I am obsessed with it! I would absolutely recommend the salon and Bernie!

I love this salon. Everyone is friendly, great products, great service. Chris is fantastic! I have found my new stylist and I couldn't be happier about it.
