I think i generally like Umpqua branches but was disappointed with one of the female staff at the Lovejoy branch after two reasonable requests were unmet. 

I walked away feeling that it was handled very unprofessionally by her behavior and the way she made me feel by what I was asking.  This is a bank for goodness sake!  I took time out of my busy day to do a reasonable business transaction and they failed on both counts.  Ridiculous...

For over 6 years, excellent service.  This is not a perfect institution, but there are none.  The excellence is grounded in honesty and integrity if there is a problem, they will solve it.  Very Satisfied

This bank should be ashamed of themselves trying to make money off of a fraudulent charge. My boyfriend's amazon account got hacked and they are now trying to charge my boyfriend overdraft fees while his account is under investigation. Never will bank here and hoping he will switch to US BANK asap.
