Prompt.service.with this full.service bank. Public transpertation is easy off and on.friendly service.

The service here is impeccable. They treat me so well and are ALWAYS willing to help and go the extra mile! Andrew is great and has helped me out many times. They take all the stress out of banking! Highly recommend this location!

Location is good, but the staff is in need of some help.  The teller assisting me was busy socializing with his co-workers and ended up depositing my money into someone else's account.  When I called to find out why my deposit hadn't appeared in my account, I was tossed back and forth to associates and customer service--never able to speak to the actual teller who screwed up OR his manager.  Convenient.  If you want to have 800.00 disappear into thin air without, ever, an apology for the inconvenience...go to this Chase location.  What a joke!
