Terrible idea for a bank....... let's put up a bunch of machines where the check scanner doesn't work and will put a bunch of employees in there that are not able to help because that makes a bunch of sense ! Terrible idea very disappointed wish that I could have been able to put an important check through and now I was not able to do that! Very disappointing!

I use BoA for work and this location changing to automated tellers has been a huge change for the worse. I miss the great service the real tellers provided. I'm now charged $6 to cash a check. I don't care what year it is, interacting with a stranger through a camera is just awkward. They say it's more convenient because the hours are extended, but getting charged a fee to use a bank for its intended purpose is just ridiculous. Not impressed with this decision and I will be finding an alternative. Shame on you, BoA!

Not a real bank!  :(  The enhanced picture phone ATMs are not very helpful if they can't help cash checks. I also miss the excellent personal service we had from the tellers.  Time to find a new bank.
