Wonderful staff, very helpful. They broke change for me and allowed me to sit and use the wifi and drink coffee and I am not even a true member of the bank. Outstanding service!

Good bank. I've been with them the last few years and there have been no unpleasant surprises. Friendly staff. Cookies on Fridays and free coffee daily!

I went here when I was sick of overdraft fees at a competing bank. It is such a positive experience! They know me by name, ask me how I'm doing, make tasteful and respectful jokes at the counter, it's like I am doing business with friends. Good job umpqua, you have excellent people working for you.
