My Car got towed while I was inside. Who decides what car is a customers? Unbelievable. When I came back inside one of the employees told me it was towed because they saw me leave the car. All I did was cross the street to get a vitamin water and I come back to the bank, car is gone by the time I get out. $240 just because I stopped to grab a drink before going in the bank

friendly staff and convenient location.  i didn't see any bike parking around though.  closest atm to sw 4th ave/PSU food carts.  i was a loyal customer for 6 years until they decided to start charging me a surprise monthly fee.  switched to umpqua.
