This place was the perfect venue for our sales convention this year.  The food is always excellent and the hotel is truly one of a kind stunning.  The staff were knowledgeable about food allergies and were very kind and professional.  I am a little sad about the amazing restaurant being lost through the latest renovation but thankful they kept the kitchen.

Beautiful hotel!  Spent a night there. Room and bed were comfortable. We were at ground level, so we had to keep the blinds closed due to passersby, but the view of the parking lots and train tracks weren't worth looking at anyway. We slept great, but there are a lot of trains going by and major, ground shaking construction happening across the street. So if you are very sensitive to stuff like that...be aware.  The lobby bar had good drinks and we got a late night burger before heading to our room. Front desk and valet staff were friendly.

Great hotel with gorgeous lobby, cool meeting space, and convenient location. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Restaurant was solid (but slow) and food we had catered for our meetings was good as well. Room was funky...super high ceiling but kind of tight. Design and decor is 5 star and definitely worth checking it out.

Wonderful building. It's rooms are modern, which is really cool for an old building.  If you stay I understand the floors 1 and 2 get bad cell service. I am on 7 in the attic and phone works fine.

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven.  com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around...
