I have had nothing but problems with this bank since the merger. I have never been overdrawn this own time I own the damn account. I had it set up to decline. Now that I am on the west coast and can't go in, they decide to over draft me. They then charge me more than half of the overdraft. They won't do anything over the phone. They won't even give me my account number. Hello! That is what security questions are for!  Hell they didn't even tell me about for 30 days! Making a bank to bank transfer has been impossible. They could not have made this more difficult. Beware. Just go to a credit union. They are non-profit anyways.

Customer service went downhill after United Bank took over the bank I had been with for years (Rockville Bank.) I got fed up and moved all my accounts to a local credit union. They're no longer a community bank and it shows.
