Every single person working at this post office has helped me figure out how to mail a package the most efficient way. THey are helpful and kind and knowledgeable!

This place is lovely. The staff has to deal with a lot of college students, many of which are confused and are trying to mail large packages. The reviews on here say the staff are rude; I say they are saints for dealing with the endless line of customers who act entitled and cannot follow directions. I have been coming to this post office for years and the staff are super cool to me. They deserve kindness.

I have used this location twice and both times the customer service was horrendous.  The female brunette acted like every customer that asked a question was intruding on her day.  In addition to the lack of any sort of motivation to help customers she was very inconsiderate of customer's time, seemingly taking her time at every task.  It should not take 40 minutes and an expired parking meter to purchase one stamp and postage for one package.

Both of the staff working that day were incredibly rude and unhelpful. The brunette woman made me go back to the end of the line because I had not finished writing on address on my box when my turn came up. I had to wait another 30 minutes to ship my box. Whe my turn finally came up the man who attended me was so condescending about the positioning of my address on the box rudely shoved a sharpie in my hand to fix it. On the other hand, every white client in line received respectful service. The latino and asian clients were treated rudely. I believe the staff are racist and intentionally give people of color worse service. Disgusting.

Horrible customer service - the clerk was disrespectful and pointedly rude. Multiple people told me that I could have packages delivered to this location but the clerk just rolled his eyes (twice) when I came to retrieve my package (which the retailer said was delivered to that location). He was then very condescending and sent me on my way.
