THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever. Even 1 star is too much. They were not willing to help me at all and were not willing to listen to my situation.  My packaged was missing for almost a week and I contacted USPS,the original insitution which had to receive my package and everywhere during the whole week. I called them because the USPS website said it was delievered to Providence, RI, 02903, and i was curious whether they actually had mine. Through the phone call, I direclty asked whether they had my package. But they completely assumed that I was asking the question because 1) I did not know anything about how this whole system works and 2) i was a dumb.  Furthermore, they did not give me the answer to my question, which I thought it was such a striaghtforward to understand question and  just hung up the phone right after they said what they wanted to say even though I tried to clairify the parts that didn't make sense to me at all.

Never expect your carrier to deliver a package and never expect the people at this office to care or try to make it right. Use another carrier. They are at least moderately accountable for their actions and seem to care.

If you need stamps don't go there I got three money orders and ask for to two stamps and pay for it I got home nothing no stamps now I have to go get two more stamps after paying for the two that I didn't get damn it modes well burn some money

BARBARA and COURTNEY are the rudest people ever. I called them after I was told my package was at there location, they refused to look up my package and they hung up the phone on me, hung on me, and this package was for medical reasons and they did not care. This is why no one use the postal service anymore. They are awful customer service and they are lazy. I hope this location gets closed down for good
