Love this post office!!!  The Staff assisting me yesterday (5/22/17) were SO GREAT!!  They went above and beyond to help me get my military package shipped in time!!  Friendly, super accommodating, and informative!!   Thanks to Mary and crew, you really saved the day!! :)

I have a lost package and tried calling not only this USPS, but multiple around town to see if anyone could give me a number that they'd pick up. I even tried the manager's line. SURPRISE! he didn't answer and i have left messages. This is not the first time they have messed up my shipments. Worst post office ever!!!!

Great to drop mail as this is hub for RI and most mail is processed through this facility. Lines are likely for this reason and often times only two windows open to serve you

USPS IS HORRIBLE. Have been waiting for my shipement that was supposed to come yesterday, was forced to rescheduale another delievery after they failed to get there yesterday anyways. Leave the shipment of packages to the pros UPS. I mean like seriously been calling every 20 mins since 9:00 its about to turn 11:40am. Garbage place

I never tried to call. I walk-in when I have something to drop off or buy. There's usually a line since this is the busiest office but there's a number of people on staff so line moves along. I never used their passport services. I usually see a line there as well.
