They do not answer their phone's and when they finally do they are rude and treat you like your wasting their time. The main post office on corliss street has lost multiple bills I have mailed recently and has this I don't give a damn attitude when asked about it, as far as I'm concerned they everyone in that main post office either needs to be retrained or fired.

Love this post office!!!  The Staff assisting me yesterday (5/22/17) were SO GREAT!!  They went above and beyond to help me get my military package shipped in time!!  Friendly, super accommodating, and informative!!   Thanks to Mary and crew, you really saved the day!! :)

I have a lost package and tried calling not only this USPS, but multiple around town to see if anyone could give me a number that they'd pick up. I even tried the manager's line. SURPRISE! he didn't answer and i have left messages. This is not the first time they have messed up my shipments. Worst post office ever!!!!

Great to drop mail as this is hub for RI and most mail is processed through this facility. Lines are likely for this reason and often times only two windows open to serve you
