Bought stuff and mailed it to myself on vacation, the package was stolen becuase they left it in a bad neighborhood,but i had someone waiting 4 it &$#% never came. &%$# you springfield branch.

Absolutely disgraceful place.. did not get my package when I was supposed to, went back today to check as tracking said it was there, they told me it was there and would be out and would receive it today.. mail comes, no package. Went back to check this afternoon and it's no where to be found. Stop losing people's packages. The amount of people I've heard had lost packages out of this office is insane

Needs more employees. But I forgot the governments lazy and they don't want to give people a job when they need people working. There shouldn't be only two people working at a time when there are like 6 posts

Lost my packages several time, left my mail unattended in a bad neighborhood, and just generally have rude employees that always seem to want to just go home.
