I recently changed my address to a new forwarding address. I received all my mail just fine except for one package for November that I've been receiving every moth with no problems. When I contacted the postal service with tracking number. I was advise that it was still at the postal service and it will be deliver in two weeks since it came back as undelivered address. I call again after two weeks and Pam from the postal service said that my package was there but it will be another two weeks to be deliver since they were short staff, something did not feel right and I went yesterday 12/20/2017 to the postal service to get my package. They could not locate my package at all,  instead of telling me that they couldn't find my package in the first placed possibly lost or someone stolen. They kept giving me the run around. I am beyond furious! Very poor customer service and very unprofessional they need new staff members that know how to do their job.

There rude in the afternoon 2 old lady's that work after 3 and it took like a half hour to send package they didn't kno wat they were doing

I have been living in the area for eleven years without one single package going missing. This year we have lost about a half dozen packages with no explanation as to why. My fiancée sends all his packages to his work because we cannot rely on the postal service anymore. I have never been so upset, today I am waiting for an expensive item and the mail carrier hasn't even delivered my mail. It seems like I don't get my stuff or they are stealing it from me.

Yes some time you have to wait long in the line.in the customer service is not that fast that we thought.

Terrible customer service and rude. Line almost out the door and only one teller. Other teller sits there and just looks at line and walks away. Do not visit if in need of help with packages
