I'm surprised by the bad reviews posted here. Every time I go, I find the employees to be considerate, fast-paced and very friendly. I've never had an issue with this branch!

Ineptitude + Lack of Accoutability = South Hadley Post Office
I live in South Hadley, and today (February 3) I recieved a billing statement, from South Hadley electric, postmarked January 9. Where has this bill been the past 4 weeks? The customer service rep sure didn't know. He refused to accept any responsibility for the mishap and instead blamed the Springfield location, the Hartford location and the USPS administration. Completely inept and irresponsible.

This place sucks...I swear every time i go in there...there is either a line to the door with only one person at the counter or there is no line and no one to be found.   The people that work there are rude and not the brightest of the bunch.   I would never go out of my way to go to this branch, but seeing as this is the closest branch to my work i am frequently forced to use this location.   Try and avoid at all cost or prepay your postage to avoid wasting half your day here!
