I was waiting on a package and they failed to deliver it one day. The next day they came and did not knock or ring a doorbell, did not put a slip that delivery was attempted (when I have a PO box) and took my package away. NOW I have to wait ANOTHER day just cause somebody couldn't do their job. Thanks USPS next time I am using FEDEX or UPS.

My mail woman never delivers packages. I am disabled and instead of ringing my bell, she decided to leave a "sorry we missed you." To make matters worse, when I ask for a re-delivery, they ignore my request. I decided to give the post office two stars because the employees working there are very kind.

At times one has to wait a while in line to be attended.

Every year at Christmas time the windows at the Holyoke Post Office close no matter how many people are standing in line. Exactly at noon, the window closes, leaving one window open. Pretty soon there will be no one waiting for service at this dysfunctional post office. I know it is the Post Masters orders. No clerk would simply close a window on the busiest time of the year and leave it to service by one person. Last year a man came in to the P.O. to see if his wife was all right. He had been waiting so long in the car for her, he was truly distressed. Did I learn my lesson. No. I was back it this address trying to mail letters again. Here after I will go to So. Hadley or anywhere else.
