Woe is you who enter here. If you are reading these reviews, I hope you are not already entangled in some amazingly incompetent government scheme to make sure you are inconvenienced to the highest degree. In the past month they've mis-delivered TWO of my packages. One package TWICE! They always give some piss poor excuse. DO NOT LEAVE when they ask for your number. This is a ploy for them to NOT CALL YOU. ALWAYS ask for the manager. These useless fools will lie to your face about calling you or having the local route runner look into it. They NEVER pick up their phone as well so you have to harass these people in person. Grossly incompetent. Rude. Poor english. Never staffed. Waste of taxpayer dollars. An embarrassment to this country.

I hate these people with a passion that cannot be described in writing. Damn near every package sent to me from USPS, they've lost. Tried renting a PO box, nope that didn't work either. They still lost my mail and they kept the box in the previous renters name! But they were all to happy to let me pay for it! To top it off, they barely speak English and I'm pretty sure they don't comprehend it! Just do UPS.

Lately there is never any parking. It seems the employees are taking up all the spots in front and add the trucks there is nowhere to park. Yet inside there are no customers so who is parked there then? Then when you exit and drive around the entire back is all empty employee parking. WTF people? Customers first. They should privatize mail and get rid of the USPS. Pampered and entitled. I never struggle for parking at UPS. They understand customers should come first.

I've been selling on eBay for over 15 years and have never lost a package but this post office has managed to lose 2 packages in the last 3 months. Do yourself a favor and go to another post office, it's not worth the headache and risk of losing your package.

They lost my mail for an entire month. I had went on vacation and did a "Hold Mail", where they hold my mail for the month and I come pick it up. But when I came to pick it up, it wasn't there. It was totally disorganized. They had no idea what was going on. I called 7 times, each time they took down my details and said they would call back with information on my lost mail. I even went in to ask them in person. Finally, someone told me to ask for Joe (the manager) next time I called. So I called and they put me on hold indefinitely (I finally hung up after 40 minutes). This place is a disaster and shouldn't be trusted with anyone's mail. They lost my birthday gifts, private bank information, medical bills, and probably other important things that I'm unaware of.
