Edited: Our cluster mailbox was vandalized and the post office was useless. I went in with some sensible questions (can I replace a mailbox on land I don't own, how do you find a mailbox to replace the broken one, etc) and they basically said "figure it out, we don't know." Or get a PO box, which isn't ideal either. I'm contacting my congressman for help. And the lady behind the counter is still rude about my not sharing a last name with my husband. You'd think they'd catch on the year is no longer 1950...... Original review: It is a post office. You pick up packages here, the line moved a bit faster than normal for a post office. I just wish the lady behind the counter didn't repeatedly question why I have a different last name from my husband, but such is life.

Tried to ship a package overnight using their online Click-N-Ship system. The package wasn't delivered as promised and the status was unknown. I went into the branch to get help and the employees there were apathetic, rude and accusatory. The so called supervisor in charged accused me of "not listening" when she was the one who couldn't be bothered to find out the entire story. They made assumptions which I had to keep correcting them on. I will never use their service again for anything other than mailing a simple letter.

The folks in the office are always friendly and helpful. My mail carriers are also friendly. I get good customer service with everyone i encounter.

People are helpful in the office. Carriers on my route are next to useless. If you ever desired to be repeatedly ignored, mistaken for a person of a different gender, and receive the mail of random neighbors while they receive yours, then this is the best delivery area you could hope for. Do not ship anything important through this office, even with a tracking number, chances are it will not arrive to you or your destination. But other than that it is a normal office...
