I'm only giving one star because zero wasn't an option. As an army vet, I have lived all over the country and I have never come across people as rude and condescending as this town's USPS workers. I've had many unpleasant encounters here, but today was the last straw. We went there to obtain passports for our son's Make-A-Wish cruise coming up. We got there with all our documentation in hand. Before anything, we were told that we needed photocopies of all documents, but they weren't going to do it. So had to leave and go to UPS store. Upon returning, waited, then very rudely told "nope" because the applications weren't in black ink. Then told "nope" the documents weren't the right ones. I asked if he could explain what was wrong with them. I was confused because they were official certified birth certificates. He would not explain what was wrong, just kept waving a piece of paper in my face saying "this is what you need". (Long list of items) But I was not understanding, and he wouldn't explain what the problem was. I asked if I could get a copy of that list. "Nope!" He wouldn't even do that. I realize the post office doesn't make the rules as to what or how things need to be for passports, but he did not need to be so rude and nasty. I will not be returning for anything. Passports will be handled through the courthouse and mail will go through UPS from now on. I hope this guy gets fired.

Would have given a better rate, but today while trying to return an item the individual who helped me was a disappointment. No good morning, or how can I help you today. The gentleman was just not friendly. I deal with jerks at work, and he would have fit perfect with them. Most others were a pleasure to deal with.

Absolutely terrible. Customer service is a joke. Shipped a package for daughter's birthday and when it arrives it had been torn open and the contents had been destroyed. Postal agent didn't care that the box had obviously been tampered with, not her job to care I guess. So I began the process of filing a claim. First, the website. The website does not work as you cannot open any drop down menu, so you can't select the state or year of birth etc... So I can't do it online. Next step is the post office. Their directions are fill it out online. So I explain the above.... Fill it out online they say... Not helpful. After some more deliberation, they say call this number. We cannot help you. USPS is garbage.

Mis-delivered (only explanation possible) an expensive item yesterday, marked it "delivered at/into a mailbox" anyway, mysteriously, about an hour after by phone the local office admitted the carrier couldn't find it for a period and was looking for it, then called it done, matter closed. Delivered--so I hope whoever received my package is enjoying the contents.

They lose mail and then shrug like there's nothing to be done(several times in just a few months so far). I've asked them 3 times to hold my packages so they will not get lost, and am told every time they will hold them and then not one package was held, EVER. That;s right, not one package was held after asking and being told 3 times that it would definitely be done, so sorry. Good gief. Months of this kind of crapola. Never seen anything like this since Hawaii. But yes, the employees are generally pleasant, but at this point, who cares? PS. Left that area, with a 30 day hold for my mail. NO holed was placed and instead all mail returned. Of cvourse I went ahead and put in a forwarding addy, but absoluetely NO mail was FORWARDED to my new address either. Lmao. I mean really. . . . I am told if people will contact the postal service on line about this post office, and reporty them, they will get "dinged" and "in trouble" with their uppers for how this postal store is run, so PLEASE, lets all start reporting this post office, online. Maybe that will change something. These folks do not even earn a paycheck at this rate.
