An absolute pleasure to deal with! We own a business in Canada and when we are here we have to ship many many boxes internationally.
The staff are always pleasant to talk to, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
I wish they would train Canada Post on  how to manager customer service properly.

For some reason, our postal carrier cannot figure out where we live!  I have spoken to management 3 times about it to no avail. After our regular carrier Dave retired, we have had problems. I just had a rent check returned to the bank because "incorrect address" when it was addressed currently! I live in fear off ordering anything to be delivered via USPS. Routinely delivered to our neighbors who have the same address number but different street as different names! Last week I had to go to the neighbors (again!) to retrieve something delivered incorrectly. Can't you READ??

This is the worst post office I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.  The mail sorting is non-existent!  On an almost weekly basis I get the wrong mail in my mailbox.  I have had bills and Christmas packages delivered to a stranger's house.  Thankfully, the residents have walked to my house and delivered most of the wrongly placed mail.  This has been going on for years!  DO NOT TRUST THIS POST OFFICE!  I gave them one star because I had to.  They really deserve less than zero stars!

They came out and picked up a package being sent by my 91 year ole Mama! They were so nice and helpful!  I believe the carriers name was Joanne and my Mom said she was the nicest . When I called The PO The Guy on the phone ran out and got the tracking Number from her for  Me! From Start to finish... THATS WHAT I CALL GREAT SERVICE !

The woman at the front desk with the brown hair and glasses is so incredibly rude. I had a book to send out for a funeral service and she refused to give me any options other than the most expensive priority mail. For a thin, less than 1lbs book going to the next state over should not have cost nearly $10. I asked her for other options and she shouted over her desk to another employee asking "Hey! this is for a funeral, it's a photo album book. Does it count?" I could not believe she would yell out such insensitive information when clearly there was nothing less in the world I wanted to do than be harassed by this woman while mailing something for a deceased person. She also made a big fuss over needing my ID for my credit card and tried to chastise me like a small child for it not being signed. Offered to pay via chip and pin but apparently she "didn't have a chip reader." why offer that option in the first place then? A rip off and so insensitive. I am writing to USPS headquarters about this incident.
