I put Santa letters in the mail, the mail accidently took them, I was suppose to get them and know what my sister's wanted for Christmas. It's been a week and I got back letters from "Santa" also a little toy truck because I had asked Santa for a truck. Who ever wrote these letters, thank you so much and please contact me by my email. This by far was out of there way and too kind. Thank you for keeping Santa alive.

Certified mail was sent to me from the NY Department of finance and I can't even pick up the letter because of their whack business day hours. Y'all that lacking in budget cant even open earlier or later? Smh

Worst post office to ever deal with! I made sure someone was at my house to collect my package they didn't knock or nothing! The mail guy just put the slip in my mailbox to pick it up and when I go there he's still on route and can't get it till tomorrow. Its the holidays and im traveling and now a gift isn't able to be given. And no this isn't my first experience.

They have lost my mail three times now, the excuss for the first two times was the mail man thought there was no one living there, even though he delivered mail to my roommates the same day I called about it, and now this time 'oh if a place is sending multiple letters they can stick together and be sent to the next city or out of state' like really? This is the wrose post office ever, if I could have a different post office ran my mail I would, and if I could give this place less than a single star than I would, plain lauanuge, this place sucks. I do have to say the lady the answered the phone was nice but that still does not cut down on the suckyness that is this post office.

Mail came three weeks late. Our normal driver is not friendly and when were renovating he decided to stop delivering. I understand the two star rating now.
