I don't really understand all the negative reviews on here. It's a post office.... Yes, they are always busy, and yes they are usually understaffed. They are doing the best they can. Expect to wait. That being said, the postmen are great, the post office staff are good too, they honestly do try to give everyone the same service. I've heard some really odd requests and some really dumb questions as I've waited. If I were the one behind the counter, I'd be asking if they graduated eighth grade. So, they get 4 stars just for that. Their patience.

The women that work the desk within are useless and don't know any proper requirements for something to be shipped. The Asian woman will try her hardest to not answer your questions fully as well as ignoring any customers with issues. They overcharge customers due to their incompetence and I'm clearly not the first or last person who had their day ruined by them The package handlers are nicer that their co-workers at the front

It's a post office. They do what they can. Personally, everyone here has always been very nice to me. The wait is always long though.

The staff here is better than the Arlington Heights Post Office. But still it is only ok here. Lines can be too long some times.

I have been delivered mail in Palatine for over 14 years. All mailmen and women have been professional and courteous. Especially Angelo! Keep up the good work.
