From the looks of other reviews I guess I may as well accept my fate AND the fact that these people lack integrity COMPLETELY!!! They are claiming to have footage of my car that was damaged NOT being directly in front of the car they towed which is a lie and of course they can'twon't! allow me to see it. I know if I were being accused of damaging someone's property I would gladly send them my proof that their claim was false. The lady who I spoke with claims to know God....but it's definitely not the God big G that I know to be true bc He would never stand for that. All I can do is pray that God has mercy on them and that justice is served swiftly to each of us that deserve it because this is wicked evil behavior. Yeah, I get some have had great experiences but for the ones that didnt...I'm sorry and hope it all works out for each of us. And FYI: we wanted the car picked up so we would have glady moved out of the way had the order been properly sent. Get that part is not on them but let's all be accountable where it fits. I feel so sorry for the way this WILL end for them bc If it's one thing I know for certain...God doesn't play about His own and my family falls into that category bc we are faithful to Him. I was in Amos 5 along with the book of Zephaniah this week and now I'm beginning to understand. There are some people in this world sitting on their high horses feeling as though they can't be touched, preying on those they feel to be "beneath" them...but ooohhh the wrath of the Most High remains undefeated and He's knocking them down left and right these days...so I'll just sit pretty and wait for Him to follow through on His word when He said "VENGEANCE IS MINE SAITH THE LORD!!!!!" I have to say that you definitely are not being a responsible company and taking responsibility for the fact that the tow company under your umbrella has messed up something in my car that was not messed up before it was towed on September 9th 2024, either from changing my battery or going in my car without warrant to. There is no serial number on the receipt.. I even checked another receipt I had from years previously. I think that it is very non business like to take responsibility for things that happened to car after it was towed by your contracted employees. Because of whatever was done I do not have a functioning console in my car and all I'm getting is excuses from Mvtrac after providing the information requested and showing proof of the damage and issue with my car. Yes I'm beyond frustrated with how I have been responded to. IAA South where my car ended up said they touched nothing inside my car because no sale date was set for my car. The dash was not lit up for them either. Blame is being placed on other companies by your company. I even showed that in August my car had just come out of the shop and diagnostics had been run. Your company is very underhanded and not people friendly at all.
The customer representative/operator named Maria is very UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. After being on the phone for hours tracking down personal items that were in a vehicle that was towed she refused to verify if a third party release form was received. Although I hold the power of attorney on the account which by the way had already been confirmed by a more knowledgeable representative named George, Maria was RUDE and refused to transfer the call to a supervisor. People with that type of attitude should DEFINITELY NOT be employed as a customer service representative. Her disgusting communication skills will most definitely have a negative impact on your company.
This is a very bad company I went to pick up my Vehicle today on 11/05/2024 at 11:24am and as I pulled up to the location on 450 fort argyle road Savannah Georgia 31419 there was another customer who mentioned that his wife wallet was stolen from there vehicle. I didn’t think nothing of it so I continued the process to get my vehicle and something told me to check my vehicle which had all my belongings in it because I am currently living out of my vehicle. I noticed some of my stuff was missing as well. I called the police yet he was not able to do anything because it’s a civil matter so now I have to go to court and that I will do. I’m suing this company. And I do have admissible evidence to win this case.
If I could give them less than one star I would. The customer service is nonexistent with this company. They will have you on hold for hours just to give attitude and hang up on you. When I asked for a supervisor they just hung up as well. This company is absolute garbage.
SCAM ALERT!!!! SCAM ALERT!!! SCAM ALERT!!! They illegally repossessed my car on June 10th not even 24 hrs after I relocated back to ATL with help of a company called Snatch Masters and have refused to release it back to me. They claimed my lender had the car repossessed. My lender has confirmed MULTIPLE times verbally and IN WRITING that they have had no dealings with this company or their fraudulent tow company called Snatch Masters. Still, they are not releasing my car. I don't know WHO they have with access to the repossession system, but they are using it to steal cars and hide behind the fake repo order while doing it. The so called authorization code they have for the repossession is fake my lender confirmed and the order doesn't even have my correct information on it...so how on earth is this legal! It's been almost of month of this and now I'm forced to hire an attorney. If these people have your car and you KNOW they aren't supposed to...FILE A POLICE REPORT, CALL AN ATTORNEY IMMEDIATELY, then contact your local Bureau of Investigation, and the local news! MAKE THEM FAMOUS!!! They have to be stopped and I'm gearing up to start that process. If they dispose of or sell my vehicle, criminal charges will immediately be filed in addition to the civil ones I'm filing now.
If I could use negative stars it would be negative 1 million. Their employees are scammers and the company encourages the employees to steal from people. Run and run fast don’t even consider them for anything unless you want to lose money.
Y'all I know the reviews are horrible. However I just went the other day and it was alright. However that was because of how I came at them. All my things were in the truck. My vehicle even had plastic tape place on a cracked window so rain wouldn't go in. I appreciate it. Things happen in life. It wasn't their fault. But I was like hi friend I'm here to get my truck. I didn't want no smoke. I had too much to lose. I'm glad it all there in the words of Jeezy. Y'all gotta go there with a good mind energy humble spirit etc. I will update later. I have one more visit.. its the Htx location
Towed my car, ransacked it, took every pair of sneakers out I run a resell business and threw the boxes back in the car empty. Then to top it off; they sent the auction a picture of my trunk and car before the ransacked it to make it seem like that must’ve happened after. And the whole time I was contacting them about the stuff in my trunk; they told me they never been inside of it or had access to it yet they had access when they sent pictures of it to the auction lmao
