Service is not a word that should be attached to this dysfunctional place. Used it for 20 years. They removed parking, make you wait 20-45 minutes in line when clerks disappear into some safe space, sometimes deliver mail, lose mail for you PO box, and sometimes leave box open to public. If you are a business think again before using this 'service.' It certainly cost me business.  Would give a 1/2 star because the building is at least well kept.

The lobby is never open the posted hours. Sometimes it doesn't open as late as 10 and can close as early as 6. You have to go around the back of the store to let them know they "forgot" to open them at 8:30. They refuse to look for packages, even if you open a case. I have had to escalate the case via corporate. Their phone number isn't even online any more because they don't answer their phone anyways. I have been very patient and hopeful that service would improve over a year,  but it hasn't.

Went here to pickup a package and it was lost. That's a bummer but it happens. They spent 20 minutes looking and told me to call back later. I've been trying for 3 hours and no one has picked up the phone. Way to go folks.

The service is horrible. There was about 10 people there today. I was standing in line for 25 minutes to get to the counter to mail a package. One person was working the counter. Others would walk by and ask questions etc.. No extra help was given to the poor guy working the counter who was doing the best he could. When I walked out one of the employees was looking at YouTube videos on the computer. Please reorganize your priorities people need your service.

Consistent disappointment and frustration. Packages delayed for no reason (tracking info say they sit at the post office for a bit before being sent out for delivery), one package delivered but another to be delivered on the same day isn't for some reason that doesn't even make sense for where I live, people that work there look like they are eager for death and aren't capable of mustering even politeness and a smile. Customer service hold time is 45 minutes and their help form online has errors and doesn't work. Once a package of mine was marked delivered but wasn't, so I called them and we deduced that it must've been stolen. After I contacted the police and the shipper, USPS tells me it's actually just hanging out at the post office for no reason and I need to come pick it up. I've never had worse mail service in my life.
