I have had sooo many issues with this USPS. Delivered an obviously empty package to my door, which they are currently under investigation for. After that I’ve missed multiple packages when I’m home because they claimed no one was home when I was, and that they left a delivery notice on my door. I check my door 5 minutes after I get the email saying that they attempted delivery, says a delivery notice was left, and there’s no delivery notice. So they essentially never even came to my house and just say that they did, and all my packages just get sent back to the sender without me even having any knowledge. I hate this place, there should be something done about the employees not doing their jobs, but I never get called back and nothing ever happens when I complain.

Scum of the earth. They no longer deliver my packages or pick them up. They will not answer the phone or provide any level of service. Shameful!

Our delivery drivers are incompetent and routinely give us a handful of different peoples mail. Our packages said delivered for 3 days, day 4 it shows up in the box. The office staff at the Bend post office is so rude and lazy. I think it is a prerequisite that you must be able to do as little as possible all the while sitting down and looking at customers as if you want to set them in fire so you can go home.

Despite the fact that I recived a phone call from them, telling me to call them back regarding my missing mail, NO ONE ANSWERS. You just get the same recorded message to call back during business hours (which I am) over and over again. As if this review will change anything but as a heads up to not waste your time trying.

Never have I lived anywhere where are the mail never run consistently at a time on a day-to-day basis. The mail here never delivers the same time on any day of the week, I've received mail from 11:30 all the way up to 8 at night. The delivery system here is ridiculous, it should be delivered same time everyday I shouldn't have to wait for the mail all day. I lived in Oklahoma Virginia Tennessee Kentucky and all other places that I've ever received mail was the same time every day of the week.
