For the last few months, I have noticed all of my packages have been not delivered, due to the USPS, not having access to the mailboxes. I can't figure, why doesn't USPS, have access. They have no issues delivering regular mail to the mailboxes, but just not the packages. I have never received a info notice, regarding any delivery attempt. My last package, as per the tracking, dated 05/20/2017, was held and they would deliver the next business day. I notice the package wasn't redelivered as noted, but had to call, so I can  have can pick the package up. This is the 4th time in the last 2 months....completely unacceptable!!! I even had a mail person, update a delivery attempt, and wasn't even at my location. I notice the tracking was updated only a few minutes, so I ran downstairs and caught the mail person, so I wouldn't have to wait for my package. The nerve!!!

Seriously the worst post office I have ever been to. I scheduled for redelivery THREE TIMES and NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE BECAUSE IT GOT LOST AT THE POST OFFICE. This package has been delayed for DAYS and the woman that helped me was extremely unhelpful.

Was returning a package and it ended up here. I kept checking tracking and it said USPS attempted to deliver but the business was closed and it would attempt later. That was over a month ago. I tried to reschedule a redelivery to the business but it said that the package had been "returned to sender" (me) but I have yet to receive anything. I have no idea where my package is now and it will probably never be found. I bet it's lost in the depth of this awful quality post office under a pile of stuff. I had over $100 worth of items that was lost. When I try to call this post office I just get an automated message. Thanks a lot Carson USPS. If I could give zero stars, I would.

This area getting worse, they Deliver mail every other day, you try to call postmaster good luck , this really sucks been here over 40 yrs and it's getting worse.

Is it me or did everyone is this post office lost respect for there customer. No such thing  as politeness and they don't do there   job that they are being paid for. All I need it was scan forms to be scan for  a large amount  of mail that I was dropping off. The worker named VINCE completely ignored passed by me and said nothing  me when he saw me in the back loading  dock I was the only person there. Did not offer to help until I spoke and told him what I needed and he said was just leave the mail there I'm not gonna scan the forms and walked away and kept ignoring me. I did not yell or raise my voice once. Unbelievable. Very disappointed  with this service.  The sad part is that is the only post office that is near by.
