I've never had a bad experience at this location, though I would advise against at one of the others. The service is generally pretty quick, and the staff has always been accommodating. This most recent visit I had a particularly great encounter with a female staff person who, bless her heart, was extremely patient with me since I am unfamiliar with their policies, and had to change my service type a couple of times mid transaction. We cracked some jokes about our shared issue with procrastinating, as time really does cost you at the post office; she actually gave me some invaluable pointers, including this most invaluable bit of advice: If something is time sensitive independent of postage date, ALWAYS bring it in before 3pm as this is the cutoff for same day departures. Minus one star due to parking, which is scarce. And these people deserve better facilities - the place hasn't been remodeled since the sixties methinks.

Post men delivered to the wrong box and I was the one who found their mistake and this is one of many terrible cases, they missed the delivery and yelled at me threthening me when I complained at the post office. Generally USPS is the worst and evil carrier service in the world!

This is a very busy location. I've been coming here for more than 8 years. As busy as they are - they still have great customer service, professionalism and with a smile. They all deserve a raise! I do appreciate the courteous employees.
