Never have i been to a post office with no outside drop off box for outgoing mail. I wanted to drop off a bunch of Christmas cards, a waste of a trip.

Was here to process the passport for my son. 
Pros: no appointment needed, not many people waiting on a Friday morning. They also take pictures there and make copies of needed paperwork. 
Cons: customer service from this lady texting in the picture knowing I was waiting. The other reps were courteous and very pleasant to deal with (when paying for the services and processing the last part of the application)

Waited five days for a package marked as out for delivery. Horrible horrible Postmaster cliff tried to help.

If I could just get a more inviting smile when I approach to the counter that'd be great at least look like you want to be at work.

Hit and miss pending on who helps you.  The guy with dreadlocks is kind of dumb, could not find one of my packages for 30 minutes. I waited half hour for the manager and he found it in two minutes.  If you are dropping off prepaids, make sure get receipts.  Had shipments gone missing.
