Very rude and unprofessional. I called see if I could pick up my parcel, and was responded with a nasty tone saying it was on the delivery trucks. My tracking status never stated an out for delivery update like always. I went in person to see if I could pick it up, and same response. I never received my parcel. Now I have to wait until after Veteran’s day weekend to receive it. Unacceptable when I paid for 2 day priority shipping. The workers seem lazy, and will do anything to cheat the system to end the day early. I dread coming here.

I can not say enough bad things about this post office!  They lose your mail, they send your mail elsewhere, if you have too much mail to fit in your mail box they force it in, ripping it.  They do not scan your tracking info if you give them something and then they lose it and you have no record of them ever receiving it!  Go anywhere else if you can, you have better chances of paying a stranger on the street to deliver your mail!

City of Paramount mail services suck, they think that people don't notice  someone is stealing all the coupons from our mail... we notice and that's not nice my mother gets the same mail to her address in a different city and she gets her coupons.. shame on you paramount mail services!!!

I would give zero stars if i could the supervisor doesnt help in any way the guy attending at the passaport stand , is rude ! He doesnt respect that he works for a government office and must help and be respectful to everyone espeacially becouse were paying for something juan gaudillo passaport attendant
