If I could give "0" stars I would, USPS is naturally a terrible experience, but the folks in public works here take this to a new level, it's like getting punched in the crotch by a Norse god, the least helpful humans, and that's saying something considering the people who put you on hold with T-mobile.

I put my mail on hold for a week, while out of town, just to come home and see that they delivered mail one of the days I put on hold and the day it was supposed to end they deliver nothing. I call to figure out the problem and receive no help what so ever! Horrible customer service!
