Everyone on my street gets my mail. The mail runs on the weekend here and there. They didn’t even run yesterday, a Friday which will cause my bills to go in late. What is wrong with this postal service. They can’t read, they totally skip Green Farm Lane on some Fridays and Saturday. I’m always scared when I order something that it will go to someone else after I have paid for it. I suggest you hold your mail people accountable. If my bills are late I am legally coming after the postal service. I have asked all my packages to be insured due to the incompetence of the postal service!

Usps is a very irritating entity to deal with in general, I've had my mail stolen, lost and damaged in transit. BUT, the usps in wake forest is for the most part a good team of people. I try to use the electronic check out for most of my packages and only go to the counter when I have to. They get things done always get my mail where it needs to go.

They will sell you a money order easily but then have you jump through hoops to get one cashed if they cash it. They send me all the way to Raleigh to "see" if they will cash it there.

The Wake Forests PO does not honor HOLD MAIL requests. Do not trust them!
