Worst Post Office experience in my 11 years in NC. I moved to Apex in November 2017 and until today my mails are not delivered properly. I have visited the post office numerous times, called the consumer service , emailed them and what not. There is no progress at all. Last week I was there when the career was checking the mail kiosk and she found that they were delivering to some one else 's mailbox and luckily I got my mails. Yesterday I went there to open the mail box and the same key is not working. Its really frustrating. I believe post office is not doing their job properly. On top of all these websites like DMV is not accepting my address because Post Office online services database is not updated appropriately. I will leave this review here until post office fixes this issue.

Walked in with a 1000 letters and it was way easier to drop them off compared to the Cary location. Very fast service

I requested a return delivery date. In the additional information area, I said leave package at door. I was home all day, even had a signed note that said leave package at door. Check my mail early afternoon- nothing. My husband checks in the evening, and there's missed delivery notice 😠😠 No one knocked, rang the doorbell or anything!! This was supposed to be a Christmas gift 😠😠

12/20/2017: This is still the worst Post office ever. Always misplace my packages. And the supervisor never gets on call. Made me hold on a call for for an hour. Worst worst worst !!!!! I'd recommend using other services whenever you can. Goto USPS when you absolutely have no other choice. ---------------------------------------------- Long time ago: This is the worst Post Office and service ever. My packages and mails won't get delivered as they should be. Sometimes my mails/packages are delivered to my neighbors box and vice versa. The postman wouldn't even care after repeated reports of wrongful deliveries. So much dissatisfied.

The worst Post Office by far I have ever had to deal with. Long lines all the times, not because nots so busy but because the workers are so slow. Customer Service is Terrible. You would think since the tax payers are the reason they have a job that they would be a little more friendy.
