12/20/2017: This is still the worst Post office ever. Always misplace my packages. And the supervisor never gets on call. Made me hold on a call for for an hour. Worst worst worst !!!!! I'd recommend using other services whenever you can. Goto USPS when you absolutely have no other choice. ---------------------------------------------- Long time ago: This is the worst Post Office and service ever. My packages and mails won't get delivered as they should be. Sometimes my mails/packages are delivered to my neighbors box and vice versa. The postman wouldn't even care after repeated reports of wrongful deliveries. So much dissatisfied.

I requested a return delivery date. In the additional information area, I said leave package at door. I was home all day, even had a signed note that said leave package at door. Check my mail early afternoon- nothing. My husband checks in the evening, and there's missed delivery notice 😠😠 No one knocked, rang the doorbell or anything!! This was supposed to be a Christmas gift 😠😠

The so called manger is just awful. For months my postal worker either doesn’t deliver my everyday and on the days she does deliver she consistently put the wrong mail in my box and my mail in someone else box.AND my packages as well. Worst postal service ever And absolutely horrible customer service if I could get the zero stars I would

If you have a self-service center, there should be envelopes! We came all the way from Holly Springs to use self-service because it’s hard to get to the post-office by the times provided! Therefore, even their self-service is horrible! Are you guys going to get a clue with all these bad reviews?

This Post Office is terrible! I use the parcel drop on a weekly basis. It is almost Always full! Who the hell is in charge of emptying it? Whoever it is should be fired. I cringe when walking through the door, not knowing if I will have to take it elsewhere. I HATE this Post Office!!!
