I have personally always had a good experience with service at this location. The lines can often be long here to get to the counter to pick up or send packages, which is to be expected.

My favorite part of this location is the self service kiosk, it's quick, easy, and makes it possible to avoid the long lines.

They keep a fair amount of packing supplies in stock and available. Unless it's priority mail, make sure your package is tapped up, the non priority mail tape costs you $$$$$

This post office is terrible! We ordered a baptismal outfit for our newborn son on Etsy. Apparently this post office tried to deliver the package with the outfit to us back in AUGUST, but no one was home when they did this, and they did not leave a notice that they'd come to attempt delivery so we had no idea the package had made it to Rochester (the outfit was being shipped from a vendor in Europe). Then, they apparently tried to deliver the package again twice last week and also failed to leave notices that they'd been here on both of those occasions as well. Today, we realized what had happened after getting in contact with the seller for the outfit only to discover the outfit is likely on its way back to the Ukraine! We purposely ordered this outfit way in advance for the birth of our son so we could be sure his outfit would be here for his baptism, and this stupid office fails to tell us when they are attempting to deliver the outfit to us AND they aren't answering their phones when I'm trying to call to sort this mess out. Maybe we could have caught on to this issue earlier on had we bothered to track the package ourselves, but the fact that they gave us NO written notice that they attempted to deliver our package a total of 3 times and that we are going to have to go down there in person to figure out what happened since they don't answer their phones is just the icing on the cake. Terrible post office and I would not recommend to anyone, in fact if I could give this place zero stars instead of 1, then that is what I would do.

After calling multiple times, no answer, other offices leaving notes to call me back to pick up my package... The Bear Creek USPS has the best customer service. I would advise dealing with them before this place if you possibly can. Horrible.

I'm going to fail my accounting class because they mishandled my final project I had to mail to my teacher. They don't care to help me locate what they lost either. Also, they refuse to answer their phone. Worst place on earth I swear. Instead of being told they won't help me over the phone since they won't answer, I had to drive across town with a baby to be told they wouldn't help me. GREAT!

Excellent work force, they all deserve a raise and better benefits and efficiency will continue to grow.
